All invitations to bid issued by Caledonia Community Schools (CCS) will bind bidders and successful bidders to the conditions and requirements set forth in these general conditions, and such conditions shall form an integral part of each purchase contract awarded. If such insurance is not in force, Caledonia Community Schools may, at its option, terminate and cancel the contract. Please consider this document as formal Request for Bids (RFB) for the manufacture and installation of (3) digital video scoreboards and associated systems at the: o Caledonia Community Schools Main High School Gym, o Varsity baseball field o Varsity Softball Field All bidders shall direct any questions and inquiries to Fred Townsend, Athletic Director, 616.891.8129. TownsendF@CalSchools.org. The Caledonia Athletic department is seeking to add three video digital scoreboards and headers. o One each at the varsity baseball and softball fields located on the campus of Duncan Lake Middle School, 9758 Kraft Avenue SE, Caledonia MI 49316 o AND one at the main gym of Caledonia High School 9050 Kraft Avenue SE Caledonia, MI 49316. Baseball and Softball digital video scoreboards These digital video scoreboards/headers will be added to the existing (Analog) scoreboards and will work in conjunction with the existing scoreboards. o Additional support beam(s) will be required. o Baseball Header: 2" x 20' non backlit above scoreboard o Baseball Video Screen: 8' 4" x 16' 4" o Softball Header: 1' 9" x 16' non backlit above scoreboard o Softball Video Screen: 8' 4" x 14' 4" Main Gym digital video scoreboard o 7' x 15' o This digital video scoreboard will be hung in a new location at the gym and will work in conjunction with the existing scoreboards.
