**As of August 18, 2023, project was awarded to Clark and Sons Excavating Inc, awarded amount is $93,727.73.** All quotations must be successfully uploaded to the Districts online later than 10:00 a.m. on August 3, 2023 Pavement Repair and Manhole Adjustment The work consists of saw cutting, removing and disposing of existing asphalt concrete, removing unstable base material and furnishing and placing crushed surfacing base course and hot mix asphalt, sanding and sealing all edges and in-kind restoration of all disturbed areas. Pavement sections and traffic control needs will vary based on location. The work includes adjusting manhole frames and covers and cleanout frames and covers to match existing grade. The work includes removal and replacement of existing concrete curb and sidewalk. This is a needs-based contract. The stated unit bid quantity will specifically not be a part of the Contract Documents and is only included as a basis of award. Estimated Cost: : $100,000 to $150,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Therefore, the District will accept a payment and performance bond amount of $100,000 as being sufficient under the Unit Priced Contract. Work in Schedule A shall be completed by October 31, 2023. Prevailing Wage If awarded the project, the Contractor and each subcontractor must pay prevailing wages for all work that would normally be subject to prevailing wages under chapter 39.12 RCW. Prevailing wage rates must be updated annually, using the rates in effect at the beginning of each contract year. District reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any and all quotations received or to waive any informalities and irregularities if it determines that such action is in the best interest of the District Question Deadline 08/04/2023 at 10:00 AM PT
