Concrete Services for Lufkin State Supported Living Center HHSC, in its sole discretion and in any solicitation, reserves the right to (1) disqualify all Bidders that fail to fully comply with the requirements set forth in this section, or (2) to offer all Bidders that fail to fully comply with the requirements set forth in this section additional time to comply. The required services to be provided are as-needed concrete services at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center (LFSSLC). The Contractor needs to perform concrete work as needed services to sidewalks, ramps, parking lots and any other campus concrete needs. The Contractor must be able to perform the following as needed: Set forms to proper line and grade, place fill materials, sub-grade leveling, set expansion joints, place and tie steel, pour and finish concrete, saw joints, remove forms, clean site. Must be able to demolish and remove unreinforced concrete slabs. The Contractor must be able to provide repairs as needed with the appropriate materials and equipment for stability, strength, and support of all areas.
