Reference Number 0000325365 The purpose and the intent of this invitation to bid (ITB) is to establish contract(s) with experienced, qualified, bonded, and licensed, contractors to provide Excavating And Site Work Services (all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials, etc.), on designated projects, which cannot be handled in-house, and which do not require bonding, per school board policy. Services will be required on an as needed basis, county wide. This bid shall establish fixed hourly labor rates, firm percentages for parts, supplies and materials and related equipment (excavators, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, etc.), for the contract period as specified herein. The awarded contractor(s) shall be able to complete all site work projects/tasks normally encountered at a construction job site. Selected contractors will receive project direction from Support Operations (Facilities & Construction, and Maintenance). These services shall include, but are not limited to: -Demolition, if applicable -Drainage, Installation and Repairs -Concrete Work (sidewalks, curbs, slabs, removal, etc.) -Paving, Overlaying, Sealing, Patching Asphalt -Site Clearing, Cleanup and Disposal -Signage and Pavement Marking -Grading, Fill Earthwork, Excavation -Emergency Assistance, If needed -Sod Replacement -Athletic Field Repair and Replacement -Pesticide & Herbicide Application -Athletic Hard Surface Repair & Replacement -Hydro-Seed Application Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: 3/1 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/31/2023 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes
