Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Engineer/Architect s representative is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information, and the bidder runs the risk of basing bidder s proposal on such information. The documents obtained through the Engineer/Architect s representative are considered to be the official version and takes precedence if any discrepancies occur.
