Work shall consist of: Base Bid: Replacement of approximately 190 LF of concrete curbing, approximately 1,700 SF of concrete sidewalks, the replacement of four (4) deciduous street trees, replacement of an existing curb ramp, rebuilding and resetting one (1) catch basin, approximately 461 SF of asphalt pavement replacement, and new crosswalk striping. Add Alternate: Replacement of approximately 415 SF of concrete sidewalks, replacement of approximately 82 SF of asphalt pavement, replacement of one (1) deciduous street tree, and 131 SF of driveway apron repair. Time is of the Essence: Work for the project shall be completed by October 4th , 2023. A Bid Security in the form specified in the Bidding Documents to the order of the Village of Millbrook, in an amount of not less than five 5% percent of the total amount of the bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening except with the express written approval of the Owner.
