The Project will consist of the renovation to two existing fire stations. Full Scope of Work is described within the drawings and specifications, available by request from Martinez Architects, and made available from Associated General Contractors,McGraw Hill Construction/Dodge, and Virtual Builders Exchange. A. Fire Station 71: renovation shall consist of an approximate 3,546 s.f., which will facilitate fire department personnel by providing office, living, sleeping, and work spaces. A limited amount of work will be within the existing warehouse areas The address of Brookshire Fire Station 71 is located at 33977 Hoff Rd, Brookshire, Texas 77423 B. Fire Station 42: limited amount of work shall be performed within its 4,700 s.f. footprint. The Kitchen and Office spaces will be renovated. Additionally, a fire rated assembly modification will be required between the living and apparatus bay. Station 42 is located at 29144 Farm to Market 1488, Hockley, Texas, 77484.
