Questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted electronically no later than July 24, 2023, at 2:00 PM. The Lebanon County, PA is accepting bids for the sealing and striping of the municipal parking lots located at 400 S 8th St. Lebanon, PA 17042 Parking areas are located adjacent to and behind the Municipal Building The scope of work is for the sealing of the municipal building parking lot with commercial grade asphalt sealer and the striping of the parking lot to match existing pavement markings. Pavement marking material shall be permanent latex paint suitable for parking lots. This work will be required to take place during evening hours after 6:00 PM or weekend hours to minimize disruption to the daily business of the County. There are approximately 5 lots needing to be completed. Bidders must submit the proposed sealant and paint marking material with the bid. All permits, material, labor, and trash disposal costs are to be paid by the contractor. Changes in, additions to or deletions from the contracted work must be submitted in writing by the contractor in the form of a Change Order. Change Orders submitted are not approved until acknowledged with a signature by the Purchasing Agent. The County assumes no responsibility for the payment of unapproved work. The contractor is responsible for securing the work site, materials, tools, and equipment for the safety of County staff and patrons. The contractor is to comply with all O.S.H.A. safety guidelines. The contractor is required to provide a construction schedule for the work. The contractor is required to complete the work in a timely basis. The work site is to be kept clean daily. All construction debris is to be fully removed from the site and properly disposed of by the contractor. Seal coat -Power clean pavement, dress out edges and remove all loose debris. -Weed kill as necessary. - Heavy dirt and oil areas are to be steel brush cleaned. All work is to be invoiced accordingly. Lebanon County works on a Net 30-day Purchase Order. Work will be done by PREVAILING WAGES as the law applies. Project must have a start date by August 25, 2023
