The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS), Testing and Training Center (TTC), 15351 Office Drive, Woodford VA 22580 has a requirement for TTC Facility Bathroom and ADA Upgrades in accordance with Statement of Work. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Lowest Price Technically Available (LPTA). Proposal shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendors proposal. This RFP is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 236220, Addition, alteration and renovation, commercial and institutional building with a Size Standard of $45.0 million. The Government estimate for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the proposal: 1. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFP.
