The project generally consists of the construction of the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority (NHTMA) Kee Road Pump Station Rehabilitation located on Kee Road, North Huntingdon Township, 15085. Work under Contract No. 2023-03 is General/ Mechanical Construction and Contract 2023-04 is Electrical Construction. Cost Estimate General/Mechanical: $1,000,000 Electrical: $400,000 No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. A certified check payable to the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the Owner , in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. Successful Bidding Bidder Awarded This Contract Shall Provide a Performance Surety in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount.
