Removal of existing grout from sill and burnished block and joints as necessary for tuckpointing or repairs in designated areas per plans and specifications. Installation of new grout to match existing building grout in designated areas per plans and specifications. Removal and re-installation of burnished block and cap stones as needed if wall ties have failed in designated areas per plans and specifications.
