Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and services to complete masonry siding repair work, including but not limited to: a. Removal of existing grout from sill and burnished block and joints as necessary for tuckpointing or repairs in designated areas per plans and specifications. Installation of new grout to match existing building grout in designated areas per plans and specifications. Removal and re-installation of burnished block and cap stones as needed if wall ties have failed in designated areas per plans and specifications. Provide replacement burnished block as needed to complete wall repairs. Other masonry siding repair tasks and requirements per plans and specifications Travaux Inc. C/o the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Will Receive Quotations for Furnishing All Labor, Equipment, and Materials and Performing All Work Necessary and Incidental for Bid Package Tcp-12.2 Masonry Siding Repairs for Townhomes at Carver Park For print copies, a separate non-refundable delivery/shipping charge will be billed to the recipient (rates vary depending on method of delivery/shipping; contact A/E Graphics Inc. for current rates); print copies may also be held for pick-up by recipient.
