Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to remove/replace 8" concrete road panels, mountable curb, reseal catch basins and repair a leaking pipe located at Cole Court (R01C033; S1-T7S-R10E); Amy Court (R01C030; S1-T7S-R10E); and J.J. Lane (R01C028; S7-T1S-R10E) Covington, Louisiana, 70433. The time period to complete the work shall be thirty (30) calendar days from Notice to Proceed issued by the Parish Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a wellknown technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response. For projects costing twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or more, the successful Respondent shall be required to provide a performance (surety) bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project cost to insure the successful performance under the terms and conditions of the contract negotiated between the successful Respondent and the Parish. The contract shall not be in force or binding upon the Parish until such satisfactory bond has been provided to and approved by the Parish. The cost of the bond shall be paid by the Contractor.
