General Aviation Terminal Apron Joint Re-Sealing. A bid bond or certified cashier's check payable to the City of Naples Airport Authority, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must be enclosed with the bid. The NAA assumes no responsibility for bids received after the bid submittal time or at any location other than that specified, no matter what the reason. Late bids will not be opened and will not be considered for award. No bidder may withdraw his bid within a period of one hundred fifty (150) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The City of Naples Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any formalities, technicalities, or irregularities in; or reject any or all Bids All questions related to this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to lbest@flynaples.com no later than 5:00 PM local time on Monday, July 24, 2023. Answers to questions will be posted at http://flynaples.com in the form of an addendum on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 by close of business. The intent of this bid is to procure contract services for the removal and replacement of existing concrete joint sealant on the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) Apron as indicated in Attachments C and D. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supervision, and equipment to complete this work inside the identified work area. Work to be undertaken includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Contractor to coordinate with the NAA and Airport Security as required to schedule training / certification of Contractor's personnel to acquire airside access badges, closures, and general airside movements. 2. Contractor shall install NAA supplied temporary barriers with red obstruction lights as specified and remove and return to NAA when work is completed. Active work areas must be barricaded at all times to exclude aircraft and vehicles from the site.
