All work shall be in accordance with the scope of work or as defined. The Contractor shall follow all applicable City County, State and Federal codes/labor regulations will be responsible for all proper permitting. Safety is a must and will follow all applicable OSHA/Code regulations. Equipment needs furnished for bid: One (1) 160 Nominal ton chiller 208-volt 3-phase, 410a refrigerant. The existing chiller unit is Carrier 30GTN170-S-531C. Unit must be able to interface and function with existing BACnet/LonWorks system. Contractor responsible for all electrical connections to existing electrical service and electrical for heat trace. The contractor shall provide barrel dump valves for draining, heat trace, piping insulation along with new gate valves from flanges to chiller plus any needed modifications or plumbing adapters to new chiller unit. All supplies/parts are to be furnished new/unused meeting all manufacture specifications. The College reserves the right to recover and retain refrigerants and compressors from the existing unit.
