Furnishing all materials, labor and equipment required for Forsyth County Tag Office Renovation located at 5395 Atlanta Highway, Alpharetta, GA 30004. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check drawn in favor of the Board of Commissioners of Forsyth County, Georgia, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a contract, will promptly enter into a contract and furnish Performance Bond, in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) full penal sum of the Contract and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (100%) of the full amount of the Contract, as provided by law. The Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Board of Commissioners of Forsyth County, Georgia, as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after being notified of award of the Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof. SCOPE OF PROJECT: INTERIOR RENOVATION OF EXISTING BUILDING TO ACCOMODATE A CHANGE OF TENANT. CHANGES INCLUDE: NEW LED LIGHTING THROUGHOUT , FLOORING, FLOOR BASE, AND PAINT. NEW RECEPTION COUNTER ADDED TO THE OPEN LOBBY AREA AND NEW MILLWORK AT WORK ROOM. EXISTING CONVEYOR SYSTEM REPLACED AND ONE NEW ONE ADDED. NEW OPEN OFFICE AREA CREATED AND NEW FRONT SLIDING DOOR.
