The scope of work includes subgrade rehabilitation due to significant settlement and deterioration of a section of roadway located just east of the MD 157 (Peninsula Expressway) underpass. The work also includes repairs to backwalls and approaches of the six bridges crossing Bear Creek, MD 157, and the Tradepoint Atlantic Railroad. The repairs and rehabilitation are needed to prevent further settlement and deterioration and to reestablish as-built conditions.
