Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation. Question Deadline 08/02/2023 at 5:00 PM MT The final completion date for the contractor to complete this project will be October 15th, 2023. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each proposal. The bid bond will be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. Town of Hideout reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the Award for any reason Town of Hideout determines. Construction work, in general, consists of the following: City wide roadway improvements including, pot hole repair, crack seal, slurry seal type II, chip seal type C, and asphaltic speed bump installation. The work will include all materials, labor, services, transportation, traffic control, and complete construction and all appurtenances required to complete the project.
