Crestview Dr. Phase 1 Street Reconstruction The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bidding CONTRACTOR shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and all labor and superintendence necessary for construction of the work described herein. The completed work shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary for proper and useful operation of the facility. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas. The work, in general, consists of the following: A. Installation of traffic and erosion control measures. B. Utility Construction Sanitary Sewer. C. Demolition and excavation of existing pavement, curb, sidewalk, and driveways. D. Preparation of subgrade. E. Installation of geogrid, flexible base, and Type B Asphalt. F. Installation of Curb, sidewalk and driveways. G. Installation of final Type D asphalt surface. H. General Clean up and removal of erosion and traffic control measures. Questions are due by Friday , July 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
