Notice his hereby given that sealed bids will be reviewed by the Clerk of the Village of Bratenahl, Ohio for furnishing the necessary equipment, materials and labor and performing all work for the Bratenahl 2023 Pavement Program in the Village of Bratenahl, Ohio, in accordance with the plans, specifications, standards and requirements prepared by the Village Engineer, Donald P. Bierut PE, 22999 Forbes Road, Suite B, Oakwood, Ohio 44146 The bid documents, specifications and drawings may be examined without charge .Additional sets of bid documents can also be ordered online for an additional cost electronically or by emailing seblue@seblueprint.com, calling 216-241-2250 or visiting an SE Blueprint location. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, or in lieu of such certified check, a bid bond drawn on a reputable surety, listed on the most current edition of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, which check or bond shall be made payable to the Village of Bratenahl, Ohio, as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and a surety bond satisfactory to said Village in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid will be furnished. Proposals must be submitted on forms available ONLY as noted above and in strict accordance with the plans, specifications, standards and requirements.
