A. Work included: 1. Removal of selected existing equipment and structures. 2. Items shall become the property of Contractor and be removed; equipment and materials and not to be reused shall be legally disposed of off-site by Contractor. 3. Take all necessary precautions to insure against damage to existing work to remain in place and any damage to such work shall be repaired or replaced as approved at no additional cost to the Owner. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted.
