Re-nail any loose wood. If bad or rotten decking is discovered, it will be replaced. Install high temperature ice and water shield on all slopes less than 3/12 pitch, valleys, pipes, walls and penetrations. Install synthetic underlayment designed for metal roofs. Install custom 29-gauge drip edge. Install 29- gauge corrugated panels (coated). Ridge will be vented by a vented closure strip system if applicable. 4. In case of failure on their part to execute the said agreement within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after receipt of the contract documents, the monies payable by the Security accompanying this bid shall be paid to the City of Danville, Virginia, as liquidated damages for such failure; otherwise, the Security accompanying this bid shall be returned to the Bidder.
