The project includes, but is not limited to, reconfiguring and improving approximately 300 sf of existing office and record management space which involves demolition/removal of existing partition walls, doors, flooring, parts of electrical and mechanical systems; installation of new partition walls, furred-out walls, a new exhaust fan system, new communications equipment, new light fixtures, new suspended ceiling system, new flooring, new owner-supplied furniture and equipment; painting; and other related work to complete the work per project’s plans and specifications. The engineer’s cost estimate for the project is $150,000. License requirement is a valid State of California Contractors License Class “B”.
