Bidders must receive digital copies from J-U-B Engineers to be placed on the Planholders List. Bidders must be on the Planholders List to receive addenda and for their bids to be considered responsive. The project consists of but is not limited to, site grading, excavation, asphalt paving, electrical work with area lighting, evaporation pond with a double liner system and leak detection, stormwater conveyance system including trench drains, procurement/installation of a modular building, and various concrete work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid.
