Sets of the Bidding Documents must be obtained from Larson Design Group, 1 West Market Street, Suite 301, Corning, NY 14830, (607) 936-707 Bids will be received for one prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. This contract generally consists of the installation of an ultraviolet disinfection system to be retrofitted into the existing dosing tank at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. If a bidder is bidding on multiple contracts, the bids must be submitted separately. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractors obligations under the Contract. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 days as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 days.
