The project includes three (3) locations total. At all locations, the project consists of installing rain gardens (plants excluded) in backyards, drain pipe, catch basins in the right-of-way, and pipe connections to existing structures. The locations are as follows: 1. 213 North Pine Street 2. 411 Russel Street 3. 1605 Dogwood Lane Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Village, is required, unless otherwise stated in the bid package. The deposit must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a bank cashier's check. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the conditions of the bid documents only when it is in the best interest of the Village to accept the bid. The Village shall be the sole judge of compliance with the Specifications. It is the Village's intent to award a contract for either the Base Bid or for the Alternate Bid.
