This project includes a 36" sewer trunkline bypass line from 12th Street to the Levee Bypass. The work includes horizontal jack & boring of the 48" steel casing under the Railroad as well as diversion structure, manhole, surface restorations, by-pass pumping, traffic control, etc. This project is funded by the City of Lewiston.
