Brookings Airport - Taxiway B f. Brookings Airport - Various Taxilanes g. Brookings Airport - Various Aprons 3. Work includes traffic control, materials and workmanship to complete the project in accordance with the language contained herein. A payment and performance bond for 100% of the amount of the bid. Prior to final payment, Contractor shall submit a warrantee bond in the amount of 10% of the bid to be held by the City for one year after Notice of Completion. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Bids when it is in the Owners best interest to do so. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a request to reach the Owner by 2:00 pm on July 25, 2023.
