CTCR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any formalities The Confederated Tribes ofthe Colville Reservation (Colville Tribes) Community Center is seeking a Washington State Certified and licensed Construction firms (Contractor) to provide Professional Roofing and Abatement Services for the Colville Tribes Inchelium Community Center building located at 14 Community Ctr Lp, Inchelium, Washington 99138., And Omak Community Center located at 601 Benton St. Omak WA., 98841. The services provided must meet objectives as described herein The Confederated Tribes ofthe Colville Reservation is a Sovereign Nation. Presidential Executive Order established the Colville Indian Reservation in 1872, with a land base of 1.4 million acres located in north central Washington State. The Administrative Headquarters are located at the Colville Indian Agency Campus, approximately 2 miles south ofNespelem, WA with offices located throughout our reservation. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, permits, personnel monitoring and testing required for the removal, disposal, and replacement of two (2) 60-mil TPO membrane roofs. Contractor shall also provide professional abatement services to remove asbestos found in both roofs prior to replacement as described in this Sealed Bid Notice. ACM containing materials to be abated are located in both roofs of each facility. ACM activities shall conform to or exceed requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) (40 CFR Part 763). At a Minimum, personnel utilized in the performance of the work shall meet training and certification requirements of 24 CFR Part 35 and 40 CFR Part 763.
