The project generally consists of removing and replacing all interior linings, and spot paint repair to the exterior. The work includes, but is not limited to the complete removal of all interior linings, the surface preparation and application of protective coating to all specified surfaces of the tank structure, including all attachments, appurtenances, and accessories; the spot paint repair to localized areas on the tank roofs; the cleaning and painting of both tank's removable roof center vent gratings; a limited amount of grinding; a limited amount of weld repairs; replacement of corroded roof fasteners; and all associated work ("Work") as indicated in the Contract Documents It is mandatory bidder, or bidder's representative, bring completed Release of Liability when attending Job Walk or Pre-Bid Meeting.
