Reference Number 0000325058 Construction of a new one-story 11,924 sf +/- building to serve as an Emergency Medical Service ambulance base on the existing Wayne County campus located at 1527 Nye Road in the Town of Lyons, NY. The new facility includes six (6) ambulance garage storage bays, first responder living quarters, administrative offices, conference and training space as well as other miscellaneous support spaces. The Work is entirely new construction and will be awarded in four (4) prime construction contracts including: General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Construction and Electrical Construction contracts. The project work includes: site work, new utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, cold formed metal and wood framing, finished carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, firestopping and sealants, roofing, light gauge metal framed gypsum board partitions, interior millwork, doors, frames and hardware, glazing, interior finishes including flooring, ceilings and walls, specialties, signage, built-in furnishings; domestic water and sanitary plumbing; mechanical HVAC systems; electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, and communications integration with campus systems; exterior site improvements as well as other miscellaneous work as described in the contract documents. questions must be received in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. All questions and requests will be formally responded to via addendum and issued to all registered plan holders. Only registered plan holders will receive copies of addenda. *The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
