"Good evening RFP participants, We want to take this opportunity to thank you for participating in our RFP process. The SRHA was going to apply for the HUD’s GRRP (Leading-Edge), but due to the Leading-Edge point system and what we were being asked to do to qualify for the grant we are not pursing that grant. The SRHA had done a lot of the initial groundwork (RFPs and such), and while it is regrettable not having access to the grant, we do need to upgrade our stock. Therefore, when we begin the process of remodeling, we will contact everyone who responded with an RFP. If you have any questions, please contact Mark Allen at mallen@stauntonrha.org or me. Thank you, have a great rest of your week and weekend." 1. Replace and install asphalt shingles on 21 buildings. 2. Replace and install gutters on 21 buildings. The work should use standards acceptable to HUD.
