Reference Number 0000252047 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/08/08 05:00:00 PM EDT The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified IPD Trade Contractors who can fulfill the following two roles: Mechanical Trade Contractor (Divisions 22 & 23) Electrical Trade Contractor (Division 26) Successful Proponents will provide services relating to the New Temerty Building for the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the St. George campus. This project is being delivered via the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method using the CCCD 30-2018 Contract with Supplementary Conditions. The successful Proponents will become IPD Parties in the Project with the Owner, IPD Designers, IPD Contractor and as pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
