As of 8/03/23 This project exceeded the Engineer’s estimate allowance (>10%)and will be rebid. The Work for Which Proposals Are Invited Consists of a Drilled Pier Wall and Concrete Lagging, Road Reconstruction, Guardrail Con- Struction, and Other Miscellaneous Items Associated With the Con- Struction of the Cr 6-2.51 (Union Ridge Road Landslide Repair). the site of the work and by an exam- ination and study of the contract documents as to the conditions existing and the difficulties likely to be encountered in the con- struction of the work. The Engineer's Estimate of Construction Cost for this project is $281,544.50. The Board of County Commissioners of Vinton County, Ohio re- serves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informali- ties as may be in the best interest of Vinton County. The owner intends and requires that this proj- ect be completed no later than November 15, 2023. The work for which proposals are invited consists of a drilled pier wall and concrete lagging, road reconstruction, guardrail con- struction, and other miscellaneous items associated with the con- struction of the CR 6-2.51 (UNION RIDGE ROAD LANDSLIDE REPAIR). The Engineer's Estimate of Construction Cost for this project is $281,544.50.
