Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be based on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Install new storm drainpipes and modify drainages swales on the westerly end of Nisbet Terrace (T-355) at its intersection with Edgewood Road. Replace existing round HDPE cross pipes with larger pipes with sufficient capacity to convey the storm flows. Enlarge swales that start at Roue 654 and run down to the pipes of concern. Clean out the swale downhill of the pipes being replaced, add riprap at areas of concern. Question Deadline 07/25/2023 at 4:30 PM ET Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via online. Esals count for the asphalt being used 0.3 to < 30 million.
