The Authority reserves the right to reject all proposals or any proposal that is nonresponsive or submitted by a nonresponsible Offeror. The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) for the construction of the following projects to raise the Dog River Reservoir surface elevation from 760’ to 795.3’: Project A: Dam and Spillway Project B: Division I Main Intake and Pumping Station Division II Backup Intake and Pumping Station Division III Entrance Road Division IV Recreational Area Modifications
