This project is a replace of Access Control at EKU's Grand Campus facility. Proposals must include all labor, material, equipment, and waste disposal necessary to perform removal of existing access control and installation of new access control system. Please provide a lump sum price for the items below: 1. Provide and install (674) Schlage NDEB locksets on Unit Entry/Bedroom openings and integrate to Lenel system. 2. Perform a Lenel software update from ADV to PRO. 3. Provide 7 pin Best cores and pinning for (674) locksets. 4. Provide attic stock of (10) locksets and cores. 5. All access level and credentials assignments are to be assigned by EKU and logged into the system initially by contractor. 6. Networking access is to be provided by EKU IT in riser rooms. 7. Unit entry doors will require a push plate to cover existing holes above lockset. Existing KABA lock on bedroom doors will remain to utlize mechanical function Offeror should include any additional optional items and/or services that may add value to the project. Offeror should review the Project Manual in its entirety. The Project Manual is located under the "Buyer Attachments" section. Contract Term The Contract resulting from this RFP and the Successful Offeror's Proposal shall have an initial term from award date through June 30, 2024. The Contract shall be renewable for up to four (4) consecutive one (1) year renewal periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years, subject to KRS 45A145. Annual renewal will be contingent upon the University's needs and satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the Contractor. The University reserves the right to renegotiate any term and/or condition as may be necessary to meet requirements for any renewal period. The Successful Offeror will be advised of any proposed revisions prior to the renewal period.
