C-TRAN seeks qualified bidders to provide pricing with concrete pouring in the following locations. C-TRAN is expanding existing bus operations and maintenance facilities, as well as completing site improvements to meet the agency's current and future needs at the Operations and Maintenance Facility located at: C-TRAN 2425 NE 65th Avenue Vancouver, WA 98661 Prior phases of the project have included property acquisitions, building demolition, as well as a new employee parking lot scheduled for completion in Spring 2022, all in preparation for the construction referenced within this Solicitation. Interested bidders shall be aware that work will be done near active roadways. The following locations will require concrete pouring: o 1077: E 18th St and Devine Rd WB - Build 6ft x 20ft pad w/retaining wall and 5ft x 10ft shelter o 6194: Andresen and 78th St NB - Build 3ft x 6ft front door pad o 6240: Broadway and Fourth Plain NB - Build 4ft x 28ft pad. On-Site Work Hours As a public transportation agency conducting 24-hour continuous operations, the project site may be active with ongoing traffic. Bidders shall take all precautions to mitigate traffic interruption. Work hours shall align with authorities having jurisdiction. cashier's check in the amount of 5% which amount is not less than five (5) percent of the total bid. Question Deadline 07/17/2023 at 12:00 PM PT All work under the Contract shall be fully completed by August 31, 2023.
