The City seeks a licensed general contractor to assist in the installation of a pre-fabricated bathroom unit: Ozark 1 at Baruch Park. The bathroom unit vendor is CXT Inc. an LB Foster Company. Questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted to oarteaga@georgetownsc.gov no later than 2:00 PM EST (local time), Friday, August 4, 2023. No questions will be accepted after the deadline above. All submittals shall include the following in the subject line: Baruch Bathroom. The City reserves the right to change the project schedule as necessary. In the event of a significant date change, the city will notify the proposers. The city reserves the right to issue addenda to this RFQ up to 2 days before the proposal due date as needed to clarify or to make corrections or changes to the RFQ document. The City seeks a licensed general contractor to assist in the installation of a pre-fabricated bathroom unit: Ozark 1 at Baruch Park. The bathroom unit vendor is CXT Inc. an LB Foster Company. 1. The contractor will obtain a construction permit before work is started. 2. Prior to placement of building, a properly prepared sub-base and building pad shall be provided. (See Exhibit B- DWG No. OZ1-16) 3. Provide water service from existing 3/4 " water meter to pre-fabricated bathroom (See Exhibit A) 4. Provide below floor piping and floor drain installations (See Exhibit B- DWG No. OZ1- 17) 5. Install Waste, Vent, and Water Piping (See Exhibit B- DWG No. OZI-18 and OZ1-19) 6. Provide all electrical installations as noted on Exhibit B- DWG No. OZ1-20 and OZ1- 21 7. Coordinate field installation of prefabricated unit with CXT Inc. 8. Verify correctness of plumbing stub ups with approved CXT drawings. 9. Clean up site after project is completed
