The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is seeking proposals for the procurement of the milling, repair, and repaving of the parking lot at the Portage Road Transportation Center located at 1124 Portage Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14301. Proponents must propose a detailed plan to mill the surface of the parking lot excavating weak areas of the parking lot below grade. A compact stone base would be required in weak areas prior to applying paving surface to entire parking lot. The cost for any applicable environmental fees, debris removal, equipment charges and adaptation charges are to be included with the cost proposal. Paving surface (Entire surface): - Install 4 inches of type 3 binder compacted thickness. - Install 1.5 inches of type 7F top compacted thickness.
