This is a request for quote to erect a govenrment supplied metal building and a carport for the USDA ARS in Hilo, HI. Please see the attached documents for important information along with instructions on submitting quotes and site visit information. This is a total small buisness set-aside with a magnitude of between $25,000 and $100,000. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 90 days after issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP). Dept. of Labor General Decision #HI20230001 dated 7/28/2023 is applicable to this contract. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete to construct a metal building and one metal carport. Delivery: 90 Days After Notice to Proceed All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit (if held), must be submitted to Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov 11:00 a.m. PST, Monday, August 28, 2023. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by this deadline above may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
