In accordance with 24 CFR 24, no award of federal funds may be made to debarred or suspended applicants, or those proposed to be debarred or suspended from doing business with the Federal Government The Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the CEO or his designee, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
