This is a request for quote for modular building painting at the USDA ARS in Hilo, HI. Please see the attached documents for important information and instructions on when and how to submit quotes along with site visit information. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit (if held), must be submitted to Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov 11:00 a.m. PST, Thursday, August 24, 2023. This is a total small business set-aside with a magnitude of between $25,000 and $100,000. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 90 days after issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP). Dept. of Labor General Decision #HI20230001 dated 7/28/2023 is applicable to this contract. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete exterior painting of modular buildings and landings. Delivery: 90 Days After Notice to Proceed. An organized site visit will not be conducted due to the nature of this project. All visitors must be prepared to wear a mask at all times indoors, or outdoors when within 6 feet of any other person if local authorities issue a mandate. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected.
