Reference Number 0000323773 Hot Water Replacement of 26 Residential Apartments Bid Item: CONTRACTOR agrees to provide materials and labor of Twenty-Six Electric Hot water heaters to the Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) property known as Orchard Place. This scope of work applies to residential structures located in Larimer County, Loveland, Colorado. Scope of work Shall include: 1. Pull any required permits. 2. Davis Bacon Wage rates apply; Contractor will provide all Davis Bacon reports 3. Provide materials and labor to remove and replace all hot water heaters older than 3 years at time of work. 4. Materials used shall be included but not limited to: ENT-50 130, Drain pans, insulation for piping. 5. Clean up and remove debris. 6. Complete all work to according to manufacturer,s installation specifications. 7. Provide a 1-year workmanship warranty 8. Work closely with LHA on schedule to ensure communication with residents concerning access to water/ hot water. 9. Provide LHA with list of Serial numbers associated per unit.
