This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services and supplying materials necessary for the continued deployment and maintenance of a statewide fiber optic communications network, owned and operated by the State of Delaware. This infrastructure is required for the ongoing expansion of the State's Integrated Transportation Management System (ITMS), as well as to support a wide range of data network and telecommunications requirements across nearly all State agencies. Each bidder must furnish a Bid Bond to the State of Delaware for the benefit of the Delaware Department of Transportation in the amount equal to 10% of the respective bid value. A pre-bid meeting has not been established for this Request for Proposal. Contractors awarded contracts are required to furnish a Performance Bond to the State of Delaware for the benefit of the Delaware Department of Transportation with surety in the amount of 100% of the specific award. DEDOT - ITMS Fiber Network Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 2:00 PM ET QUESTIONS are to be submitted via Online. Responses to Questions will be posted in the Online.
