This project consists of 1.23 miles of roadway widening, realignment, curb & gutter, underground drainage, sidewalk, shared-use-path, signing, pavement markings, signalization, and traffic control. The intent of the project is to widen Buckner Lane from north of Wades Crossing to Buckner Road. The project includes improvements on Buckner Lane, Wilkerson Place, Glessner Drive, Spring Station Drive, Stewart Campbell Pointe, Twin Lakes Drive, Cherry Grove, Geneva Drive, Eric Court, and adjacent driveways. In addition to the roadway improvements, the project includes the installation of three new traffic signals, one 12' x 7' RCBB culvert and one 2 @ 16' x 7' RCSB culvert, and water and sewer line relocations. The City of Spring Hill hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the basis of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or disability in consideration for an award.
