Creek VA Medical Center, Amarillo TX 79106 This is a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The Magnitude for this Construction Project is: Between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(1). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310. Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on August 8, 2023, at 1:00p.m. CST. All interested bidders shall meet at Building 34 at Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, Amarillo TX 79106. Site Visit RFI(s)/Questions shall be submitted no later than August 15, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. CST. All RFI(s)/Questions shall be submitted via email to horacio.fernandez@va.gov. All bidders must submit a Bid Guarantee as part of their Bid Package. Additionally, the Awardee must be able to obtain the necessary level of Performance and Payment Bonds.
