Replace 75 ton Trane lntelliPak HVAC unit with new 75 ton Trane lntelliPak (or unit of equal or better q uality) Scope of work Bidder to provide 75 ton Trane lntelliPak HVAC unit (or unit of equal or better quality). Bidder to provide crane. Remove, and haul away / dispose of old unit. Bidder to insure delivery, haul away, and set up to be done within two week window. Work to be completed between October L,2023 and May 37,2O24. Set new unit. ln stall high voltage wiring, control wiring, drains, etc.. Start up unit. Bid includes any action required to get new unit started and running properly. Must include a minimum of 18 month warranty on all parts, and l year on all labor. All debris to be cleaned up by bidder. General licensing act of 1976, & also known as tennessee house bill no: 2180 and t.C.A. Title 62, chapter 6 of 1994. Business license requirements: it is required, that if your business is located within madison county, you have a madison county business license before a bid can be awarded to you. The right to accept any bid is reserved as it may be in best interest of the County to reject or accept any and/or all bids. to waive any informality in bids received and to accept or reject any items of any bids.
