Board of Education of the Kingston City School District of the City of Kingston, New York (the "School District") hereby requests bids on Voice and Data Cable Service & Installation and Public Address System & Clock Service and Repair. Prices quoted must include all inside delivery charges unless otherwise specified. Bids should specify discounts, if any allowed. Proposals received after the stated time and date will not be considered. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. The Bidder is solely responsible to ensure that the bid is received by proper electronic format or in hard copy format by mail on or before the date and time indicated.Questions regarding the Bid should be emailed to Shakia Johnson, District Purchasing Agent at sjohnson2@kingstoncityschools.org, or by phone at (845)339-3000 Ext. 3041. Proposals shall remain irrevocable for a period of 90 days. The award of a contract, if at all, shall be made as soon as practicable after the Bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any Bids deemed not to be in the best interest of the School District or to waive any informalities in the Bid process.
