Phase 1 - Provide and install electrical, replace and upgrade existing door access control system, and install new CCTV system and new PTZ cameras in the existing OSH airport traffic control tower. Phase 2 - Provide and install new FAA approved window shades and personnel chairs in the cab, and new analog phones throughout the tower. Remove and site clear existing shades, chairs, and phones.
