The Pennington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. The Creighton Radio Tower Project will result in construction of one (1) public safety radio tower site located approximately 14 miles north of Wall, SD at 22172 Creighton Rd, Wall, SD, 57790, in Pennington County. The successful bidder will be responsible for forming and pouring of foundations, trenching for electrical, fuel line and a grounding ring, installation of a facility grounding ring, bringing commercial power to the site, coordinating delivery of the radio tower steel and components, crane services, assembly and erection of a 100 self-supporting radio tower, coordinating and overseeing installation of a propane tank and backup power generator, installation of a barb wire gate and a facility security fence with gates, installation of a cable supporting ice bridge between the equipment cabinets and the radio tower, laying of Geotech fabric and washed rock over the tower site easement area and other work that may be needed for completion of the site. The project does not include installation of public safety radio equipment inside the equipment cabinets nor placing antennas or feedlines on the tower.
